Terms of Use (EULA)

HolyShot estimates calories and macronutrients from photos or text descriptions of meals using AI, and lets you log meals and track nutrition goals. Estimates are approximate and provided for informational purposes only.

The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical, diagnostic, or treatment advice. Nutrition estimates, insights, and educational content must not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Consult a professional before changing your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have an eating disorder.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the App. You may use the App anonymously or sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account and its data at any time from Profile → Delete account; deletion is permanent.

HolyShot Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly). Prices are shown in the App in your local currency before purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms; we cannot issue refunds directly.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or use the App or its outputs to build a competing service.

You retain ownership of the photos and text you submit. You grant us a limited license to process this content to provide the analysis features and to operate the App. Do not upload content that is unlawful or that infringes on the rights of others.

You agree not to abuse, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its backend, to bypass usage limits, or to use the App in violation of applicable law.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on nutrition estimates.

We may update these Terms or the App. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
